My name is Lisa Sparkles and I want to share what I love.

I have been reading blogs for years and I even started a kinda of half-hearted try myself a while back. But with all the blog-reading-experience I was never able to find a blog combining everything I love. There has always been at least one blog for each topic I am interested in. So I just started my own! BAM!

I am not your average fashion blogger though, for starters I ain’t a size zero, but I still love fashion, yeah, it’s possible (no offense to anyone, some of the greatest blogs I read are written by skinny girls )! I cannot spend that much money on fashion as I would love to, hence I try to sew things I want (gotten a little lazy lately) of craft them or thrift & refashion and so on.

My fashion sense is definitely highly influenced by vintage stuff and the 50s – didn’t everyone back then look absolutely gorgeous all the time?

Although I am totally into fashion that’s not all! I love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen with and for friends. I own a PS3 and love Star Wars, like to play Minecraft (hello nerd-girl!) or watch AMC’s The Walking Dead or Mad Men.

Right now I am learning how to knit, the scarf I started will be for November 2016!

I hope there are more people out there, who have a sparkling taste and love the combination of fashion, nerdiness and me!
